Dear. Dr. Lester, B, Judith and Cari,

Thanks so much for the great care you gave to our son. When I brought him in at the beginning of Christmas Break, it was alarming to learn that we might be dealing with a more serious situation than had been anticipated. However, it was encouraging to know that he was in the best of hands. We finally breathed a sigh of relief when the biopsy came back with no abnormalities. In all honesty, it was a pleasure to send him back to school with no worries other than the typical one encountered in college.

We finally had a chance to spend time with him over Spring Break when we vacationed. We were so pleased when he took of his shirt for the first time in a couple of years in a public place. We took a dip in the Hot Springs and he looked great! Even D commented to me that seeing him swimming without a shirt on was quite an accomplishment. At the risk of sounding like a naive parent, I did not realize what the problem was when he started wearing a t-shirt at the lake and pool. I honestly thought he was self-conscious since he is so slender, and I did not want to make an issue of it. It was not until we were in the Dr's office that I realized what the problem was. Thank goodness he opened up to our Dr. and admitted that it made him feel uncomfortable. I am so grateful that I started investigating surgery at the time, an that we chose you once again as our surgeon. I have complete confidence in your integrity, surgical skills, and your ability to put patients at ease. We placed our son in your face with complete peace of mind.

B and Judith, special thanks for working with us on the insurance. I know it involved some extra work on your part and we are especially grateful for your time and patience.

I plan to bring my son in for a re-check, hopefully in May. Once again, my thanks to you and your wonderful staff.
